"I don't like hip hop and it pisses me out"... fine, but, do you really really really now hip hop, isn't it like saying I don't like jazz?! I give you Hocus Pocus from France, a taste of fresh hip hop that proves hip hop isn't just about skanky bums, bitch slaps and bling bling!!! If you dig this let me know, 'cause there's more KickAss Music!

The Bad Plus - Suspicious Activity
It's not Jazz, but it's free. You'll have to listen to it to understand what I mean. Plus, this album has the funkiest version of the "theme song of the chariots of fire" ever made.

King crimson - The Power to Believe
First things first...This post was inspired by the BIF comrade that's doing Albion from one end to the other.
Prog Rock has been going for some time now. It survived the 80's and the 90's, mainly by being unnoticed and has been picked up by some new bands now, which have taken it to a new level.
King Crimson isn't one of those. It is as old school as a band can really be (being around since 1969) and to be honest, if you go to wikipedia you'll get all the information you want. 'nough said abou the band, this album is a must have for the prog fan, or just for anyone that likes good music really. Hard to listen at first if you're not a Crimson fan, but give it a go anyway. One more thing. Don't expect rock from the 70's!
A couple of songs so you know what I'm talking about. The first song has a small intro of 40 secs. It's worth the waiting
